POSITION SUMMARY
This position will participate in full life cycle talent and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals to ensure that ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met.
RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Maintains the integrity of the process of finding and qualifying future employees
- Engage in all aspects of the recruiting process, including job postings, identification and interviewing of qualified applicants, guidance on selecting the best candidates for hire, and creating job offers.
- Establish and foster relationships with hiring managers to develop talent attraction strategies that support organizational vision and goals for growth.
- Screen and / or interview candidates to determine qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to determine needs and priorities, collect feedback and provide updates.
- Utilize internet job tools to source and / or attract passive candidates.
- Work directly with candidates and hiring managers on scheduling interviews either virtually or onsite.
- Collaborate and support other HR team members in recruiting initiatives across the organization.
- Direct accountability for tracking candidate activity in our ATS for recordkeeping, reporting and compliance.
- Develop recruiting strategies based on current business needs and projected workforce planning.
- Demonstrate credibility with hiring managers and executives as a subject matter expert by presenting information about the talent marketplace and trends.
- Engage, screen, assess and submit qualified candidates based on strategic discussion with hiring managers.
- Maintains Staffing Agency relationships
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Performs other duties as assigned

Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to build effective and positive working relationshipsMust have the capability of meeting critical timelines and managing multiple projects / assignments simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or related software.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
Minimum HS Diploma / GED. Preferred Associates or Bachelor’s in Business or HR related fields.At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
