Duties

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement creative lesson plans tailored to children's needs.

Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to deliver an exceptional educational experience.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications :

Communication Collaboration :

Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

Tech-Savvy :

Comfortable using technology to enhance classroom activities and communication.

Certifications :

AZ Fingerprint Card

CPR / First Aid certified

Food Handlers certified

TB Skin Test

High School Diploma or GED

Completed DES Health and Safety courses within the first 90 days of employment

Compliance :

Must pass DCS background check

Education Experience :

Lead Teacher :

High School Diploma / GED or higher

6 months of preschool experience

18 years or older

AZ Fingerprint Card

Food Handlers Card

TB Skin Test
