We are seeking a skilled Crew Chief to lead surveying crews in Austin, TX . You’ll manage daily jobs, coordinate routes, oversee helpers, maintain equipment, and communicate with builders to ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead daily survey jobs from the office list, optimizing routes.
- Supervise and train helpers, promoting skill growth.
- Maintain all equipment and company vehicle upkeep.
- Communicate with builder superintendents to resolve onsite issues.
- Support and coordinate with other crews as needed.
