Prospect and build relationships with business owners and HR teamsPresent and sell employee benefits solutions tailored to each organizationServe as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them attract and retain top talentManage the sales process from initial contact through ongoing account supportWhat We’re Looking For

Compensation : 40,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities :
Analyze employee benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirementsDevelop and conduct benefits orientations and training for new employees to ensure understanding and utilization of the benefits packagesAssist employers with benefits-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain employer / employee satisfactionStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend adjustments to benefit programs for optimal employee retention and attractionQualifications :
2+ years of sales or benefit administration experienceKnowledge of HR regulations and complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite CompetenciesUS Work AuthorizationCommunity leadershipAbout Company
