A company is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to support a large-scale commercial lending transformation project. Key Responsibilities Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Partner with business units to design and optimize processes for commercial lending Support operational improvement initiatives through analytics, automation, and process redesign Required Qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in process improvement Experience with banking or finance processes, preferably commercial lending Hands-on process improvement experience Proficiency with process mapping tools (MS Visio, Blueworks Live preferred) Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping methodologies (certification a plus)
