If so, we want to hear from you! m7 Business Systems is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring smooth customer interactions, accurate order processing, and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide responsive day-to-day service to customers, including answering inquiries and offering product support
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Generate and track purchase orders through completion
  • Assist with warehouse and fulfillment operations as needed
  • Support invoicing and accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order history
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Step into varied roles as needed to complete client work in a timely manner

Requirements :

  • Have 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or product-focused environment
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow through on tasks
  • Be comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Possess strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Bring a can-do attitude and flexibility to take on tasks beyond a traditional customer service role
