As a Product Manager  at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for an electronic materials related product line within the Lithography & Deposition Solutions (LDS) business. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, supply chain planning, finance, offering management and other key business stakeholders to maximize the growth, profitability, and return on investment of the product line’s portfolio. You will report directly to our  Sr. Product Manager, Team Lead.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of the business by integrating demand, supply, and other planning inputs to develop product plans to maximize financial results. You will be instrumental in driving resource and / or capacity allocation decisions and related commercial needs. The Product Manager is a key asset in coordinating communication with supply planning, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Sputtering Targets and Advanced Metals product portfolios
  • Pricing and RFQ strategy
  • Commercial support for project execution and qualifications
  • Commercial input for SIOP process
  • Supporting P&L management

Compensation : The annual base salary range for this position in is $146,000 – 164,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    • YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with large sets of data
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (., economics, math, engineering, or technical discipline
