ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

  • Translate product requirements with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web applications.
  • Provide clear documentation and requirement needs to handoff to the development team.
  • Ensure feasibility of design solutions backed by strong awareness of information architecture and system integrations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think independently and collaborate with cross functional team members to develop and refine internal processes and ensure efficiency across workflows.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into elegant, functional UI requirements.
  • Build and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.
  • Iterate on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Advocate for best practices in accessibility, design systems, and interaction design
  • Analyze usage data and conduct testing to continuously improve the product experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8+ years of experience in UI / UX, product design, or similar roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and final products.
  • Include a description of your contribution to portfolio examples.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma and AI, to document and communicate designs and requirements.
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, data visualizations, and responsive design.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Experience creating or collaborating on PowerBi data visualizations and reports.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Experience with Adobe XD or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for accessibility (ADA, WCAG 2.1).

  • Compensation :

    Salary range : $90,000-$110,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.

    The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
