At Sun Dog Cat Moon Veterinary Clinic , we’re dedicated to providing compassionate, top-quality care for pets and the people who love them. We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused team member to be the welcoming face of our practice. As a Client Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every client and supporting our medical team with seamless front desk operations.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role :

  • Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
  • Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing
  • Maintaining organized, up-to-date patient records
  • Assisting with client education, including treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up reminders
  • Collaborating with veterinarians and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
  • Helping maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and reception area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Passionate about animals and delivering exceptional service to their families
