Job Description

Responsible for the operations of Cage and Credit during their assigned shift to include

effective scheduling, completion of all necessary accountability / compliance duties,

paperwork, and to ensure effective service and coordination.

  • Constantly schedules, coaches, and evaluates Main Cage, Banks, and Booths for optimum performance & service.
  • Constantly ensures proper and effective accountability of funds during the shift.
  • Frequently completes required accountability and compliance paperwork for the shift.
  • Frequently coordinates with shift managers / supervisors of other departments to ensure timely, courteous service.
  • Constantly promotes outstanding guest service and resolves guest related issues.
  • Constantly performs credit / check-cashing duties within the scope of his / her authorized levels.
  • Occasionally assigned other duties by the Cage / Credit Manager

Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail required.
  • Previous Cage, Credit, and Collection experience required.
  • Previous Supervisor / Management skills preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain / maintain any necessary certifications and / or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
  • Extensive computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • PC and data entry experience required.
  • Ability to comprehend simple written and verbal instructions
  • Basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
