Direct-Hire Technical Recruiter / Account Manager

Position Highlights :

  • Join a small and growing team as a Senior Full-Desk Direct-Hire Recruiter.
  • Unearth top talent thru a wide variety of channels including an existing, robust candidate database, social media and referrals in a fast paced, competitive and lucrative technology job market.
  • Expand on existing client and candidate relationships and benefit from a company with a known name, brand and reputation in technology recruiting.
  • Collaborate with a successful direct-hire team while partnering and cross-selling our successful contract staffing group.
  • Successfully place highly qualified technology talent with some of the most successful companies in the area.
  • Function as industry expert in all things related to the IT job market

  • Demonstrated track record of success recruiting IT professionals.
  • Polished communicator comfortable networking at all levels.
  • Strong negotiator with outstanding closing skills.
