Spa Services Assistant
Under the direction of the Spa Assistant Manager, the individual is responsible for providing courteous Spa services to guests. Assist guests with all retail functions and provide clear and concise directions and information to Spa guests. Duties include, but are not limited to :
Essential Job Functions :
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribes Policies and Procedures.
- Perform Spa Check-Ins and Check-Outs in an efficient manner.
- Create reservations using established booking guidelines.
- Exercise responsible use of compensation for the purpose of guest recovery within designated authorized areas.
- Assist with any guest request in a consummately professional, positive and proactive manner.
- Maintain maximum booking ability of all available treatment space.
- Change and display tickets within the Infogenesis computer system.
- Assists with all retail functions, including suggestive selling, stocking, and inventory.
- Performs general office duties to include filing.
- Inputs financial data and balance daily cash funds.
- Maintains a clean and functional work space.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required and one (1) year in a spa, retail or similar environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have cash handling experience. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, and basic mathematical skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.Closing :
