A company is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a remote position. Key Responsibilities : Manage and progress personal injury cases from litigation intake to settlement or trial Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence Organize and maintain comprehensive case files and discovery documents Required Qualifications : 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience Associate's degree or paralegal certificate Proficiency with legal software, including Filevine, WestLaw, Teams, and Outlook is strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
