Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional luxury customer service across various communication channels while meeting client expectations Guide clients in selecting products, manage order follow-ups, and support repair services Assist in resolving client challenges related to partner boutiques and support the boutique network during peak times Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contact centers, customer service, or retail Preferred college or technical degree Experience in eCommerce or luxury retail sector preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication management tools Flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays
