Entry Level Data NOC Technician

A company is looking for a Tier One Technician (Data NOC) entry level. Key Responsibilities Monitor automated probes, trouble tickets, and communications to identify and resolve network issues Coordinate with on-site technicians and other personnel to troubleshoot and update all parties on job status Document job details thoroughly and ensure timely handling of all tickets and tasks Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma; Associates degree preferred One year of IT or customer support experience Working knowledge of basic networking technologies and terms Ability to multitask and work efficiently Team-oriented with the ability to follow defined processes and escalate when necessary
