Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Case Manager to join their team. As a Case Manager, you will be part of the Governance & Execution team supporting the Global Technology Front Line Units. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Case Manager

Location : Charlotte, NC

Pay Range : Competitive

What's the Job?

  • Manage all external data transmission requests, ensuring compliance with approval processes.
  • Facilitate communication between various teams to navigate the complexities of data transmission.
  • Oversee a portfolio of Data Transmission Registrations (DTRs) to meet deliverables within SLAs.
  • Perform quality assurance activities on submitted information and evidence.
  • Train and mentor new Case Managers to enhance team performance.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Data Management or Data Governance concepts.
  • Familiarity with technology roles and the ability to analyze complex data issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of detailed technical and business metadata.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating engaging materials for stakeholders.
  • Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
