This role supports our nation’s military service members, veterans, and their families in a fast-paced and meaningful healthcare environment.

- Shifts available : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM, 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM
- No holiday shifts required
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED requiredTyping : Must type a minimum of 50 words per minuteExperience :At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably with schedulingFamiliarity with office systems and workflowsMedical Terminology : Basic knowledge requiredCertifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferredImmunization Requirements (Current or able to obtain prior to start)

Duties include but are not limited to :
Answering and directing calls, taking messages as neededScheduling and managing medical appointments, verifying eligibilitySupporting Primary Care Manager (PCM) team with appointment processingMaintaining and updating appointment schedules using government systemsUpdating patient demographics in CHCS and verifying informationCoordinating appointment changes and cancellationsContacting patients for appointment scheduling or updatesAssisting with referrals and specialty care coordinationManaging and filing patient medical recordsRetrieving and organizing patient charts for upcoming appointmentsParticipating in recordkeeping quality assurance and reportingArchiving / retiring records per regulatory guidelines Why Work with USGP?At USGP , we are deeply committed to supporting those who serve.
