Licensed Case Manager Supervisor

A company is looking for a SAIL Case Manager Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Oversees daily operations and provides clinical supervision for the SAIL case management team Monitors performance and ensures compliance with Navy Fleet and Family Support Program standards Conducts audits and case reviews to ensure accurate documentation and service delivery compliance Required Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology Two years of full-time clinical experience post-independent licensure or certification At least five years of specialized experience in providing clinical counseling supervision Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in relevant fields Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
