Your Impact

Join our fast-growing Telecommunications team as a Telecom Scheduler and play a vital role in supporting our Field Teams nationwide. In this position, you will coordinate and schedule service requests across multiple service lines and states, ensuring our technicians can deliver timely and efficient service to customers. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate will directly impact our team's success.

Core Responsibilities

Partner with dispatch teams, field managers, and technicians to assign the right resources to each job quickly and effectively.

Manage and update job statuses in real time using our proprietary cloud-based system.

Stay flexible and ready to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Contribute to continuous improvements in scheduling and service delivery processes.

Core Experience & Skills

Customer service or scheduling experience preferred.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, software, and processes.

Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks.

Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident in learning new technology.

In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool / equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range

18—$20 USD
