Description of the role :
As a Sales Manager In Training at Key Hyundai of Milford, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in automotive sales management.
You will learn the ins and outs of the sales process, customer relationship management, and leadership skills necessary to become a successful Sales Manager in the future.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the sales team to learn and understand the sales process
- Assist in managing the sales team and ensuring sales targets are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and satisfaction
- Shadow senior sales managers to learn best practices in sales management
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and leadership skills
