A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of learning solutions for complex policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning solutions for Social Security policies Conduct needs assessments and create instructional strategies that meet federal training standards Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of learning materials Required Qualifications Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field with 7+ years of experience Expert knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and other federal-approved instructional design methodologies Experience designing training for complex government policies and procedures Proficiency in federal-approved authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance and experience with controlled unclassified information handling
