Copywriter & Content Strategist

As the  Copywriter & Content Strategist, you'll lead GradGuard's content creation, ensuring it's high-performing, on-brand, and resonates with students, parents, and universities. You'll collaborate with the creative team to execute messaging, delivering compliant, conversion-focused omni-channel content that turns prospects into valued policyholders. You'll help shape GradGuard's voice, executing a content strategy that builds confidence in our brand as the authority in protecting students. Through storytelling, strategy, and managing a dynamic content calendar for personalization, you'll ensure every touchpoint is persuasive, on-brand, and drives action. If you're equal parts creative and strategic, and you love using words to move people to action, this role is for you.

Challenges You'll Focus On :

• Shape and execute a content strategy that aligns with marketing goals and drives consumer action across all touch points : web, email, ads, SMS, social, print, and more.
• Develop high-converting messaging for campaigns, landing pages, email nurture flows, paid ads, and product positioning that uniquely serve each stage of our customer journey (uninsured, quoted, member, loyalty).
• Write conversion-focused content that compels users to open, click, enroll, and engage, grounded in performance data and behavioral insight.
• Develop high-performing messaging for lifecycle campaigns, product benefits, and brand moments, focusing on what resonates with both students / families and schools.
• Own and manage a unified content calendar, aligning campaigns across teams and channels while ensuring consistency and momentum.
