A company is looking for a Fulfillment Underwriter. Key Responsibilities Review loan files to identify deficiencies and issues Condition loan files accurately and meet turn time objectives Analyze complex tax returns and appraisals, providing mentorship to peers Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Conventional underwriting Thorough knowledge of federal and state mortgage banking laws Expert knowledge of AUS systems (DU, LP) Full understanding of FNMA / FHLMC underwriting guidelines Experience with Encompass and / or Empower is desired
