We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our automotive team representing two franchise brands.
Position Summary :
The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for overseeing warranty claim submissions and reimbursements for both franchises.
This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes, and the ability to work closely with service, parts, and accounting departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, process, and submit warranty claims for two franchises.
- Review repair orders for proper completion and accuracy.
- Track claim approvals, denials, and re submissions.
- Maintain warranty schedules and ensure timely payment from manufacturers.
- Communicate with franchise representatives regarding policy updates and claim issues.
- Support service advisors and technicians with warranty-related questions.
Qualifications :
Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator (automotive dealership experience preferred).Knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and procedures.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in dealership management software.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Compensation & Benefits :
