Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Home Health!

Location : Beaverton and surrounding areas

Schedule : Full Time / Days

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients where they feel most comfortable? At Providence Home Services Oregon, we are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide both direct and indirect quality care to patients of all ages, guided by the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will coordinate patient care activities, fostering collegial relationships with other professionals. Your Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain professional development and stay updated on best practices.

What We’re Looking For :

Required Qualifications :

  • Education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 1 year of medical / surgical experience in an acute care setting or relevant mental health experience.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Recent experience in Home Health.
  • Experience in community mental health, geriatrics, or hospice / palliative care.
  • Point of Care experience.
