ABOUT THE ROLE

The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for handling related billing, accounts receivables management, cash and credit processing for all services provided to Primary and Palliative patients.

  • PLEASE NOTE : THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION; CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF AZ. OR UT.
  • Schedule : “ The work schedule will be aligned with Arizona time and will follow one of the following shifts : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM."

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in Athena Revenue Cycle
  • MUST reside in Arizona or Utah
  • Working knowledge of Athena system
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required

    • SKILLS / ABILITIES / KNOWLEDGE :

  • Working knowledge of electronic medical record systems
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of revenue cycle procedures and relevant rules and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
