Successful receptionists are punctual, friendly and procedural in their day-to-day activities. They are dependable, and the company trusts their ability to greet our clients and complete administrative responsibilities.
This is a part-time role; expected hours range between 20-25 per week. Preferred schedule would be Monday through Thursday from 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm. There is potential for this role to become full-time in the future if desired. This position will be based out of our West Ashley location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Welcome expected clients and direct them to correct destination
- Welcome and address walk-in client needs
- Provide accurate information in person and via phone / email to include printing, emailing, mailing ad-hoc client requests
- Calendar scheduling in Outlook
- Data entry and document management
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Scan and maintain electronic files
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing / e-faxing
