Starting Pay :
- 16.25 per hour for those joining without certification, increase once certified
- Up to $24 per hour for experienced and certified RBTs, based on experience and tenure in the field

Provide 1 : 1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilitiesImplement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBATrack and record daily treatment via Central ReachAssist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plansRespond appropriately to feedback and maintain / improve performance accordinglyCreate a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patientWhat We’re Looking For
Applicants must be at least 18 years of ageMust have completed high school or equivalentExperience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferredWillingness to be trained in ABA principlesPhysical Requirements :
