The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant to support the Vice President, Enterprise Sales organization.

In this role you will collaborate with executives, chiefs of staff, executive assistants and customers. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, able to maintain confidentiality, a self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Calendar management to coordinate all meetings, including but not limited to complex executive meetings and customer meetings with internal and external executives across global time zones
  • Arrange business travel, both domestic and international, including passport and visa requirements with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in requirements
  • Process business expense reimbursement requests, invoices and PO handling with precision
  • Coordinate assistance with team office space and equipment
  • Maintain organization distribution lists and charts, ability to review data with a keen attention to detail
  • Plan, coordinate and execute all types of meetings and events including team offsites and all hands meetings
  • Teamwork & collaboration build effective, inclusive relationships and regularly partner with other cross-functional Executive and Administrative Assistants; provide backup as needed
  • Problem solving anticipate and resolve challenges with initiative and efficiency, proactively identifying ways to improve how we work

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in coordination, administrative or operations capacity
  • Experience supporting executives at high levels; ability to quickly build relationship with the leaders you support and learn what is important to their success; understand the rhythm and partners strategically with them
  • Previous experience supporting an Enterprise Partnerships or Sales organization in a high-tech environment a plus
  • Ability to work on-site 3-5 days a week, with occasional travel to other office locations (normally 2 -3 days in Times Square office)
  • Ability to travel to provide on-site support at team meetings, other events / conferences as needed - Appx. 20%
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Slack, and familiarity with Concur or other expense-reporting software
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize work, handle frequent interruptions, changing priorities and remain flexible and calm under pressure
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion
  • Eagerness to build a network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a team
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $79,100 $166,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
