Can be full time or part time. Financial Analyst is primary responsibility but this role will also have some Project Management support first few weeks would require bout / onsite work and after that would be primary remove, ~ % remote. - Years Provides analytical support in order to deliver financial results. Works with internal employees and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis. Prepares cost reports, including forecasts and outlooks, assists with the allocation of funds for projects based on approved budgets, and monitors project accounting. They validate invoices, expenditures, and change requests impacting budgets. Identify and implement improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Financial analysts support project budgeting and forecasting metrics, reporting, and TE analysis. Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and recommending actions. Determines the cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data. Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guides the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Providing trends and forecasts explaining processes and techniques and recommending actions. Improves financial status by analyzing results monitoring variances identifying trends recommending actions to management. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Recommends actions based on data analysis and interpretation, as well as comparative analyses. Studying proposed changes in methods and materials increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications. Coordinating information requirements protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. attends educational workshops to keep technical knowledge up to date. Reviewing publications contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications : corporate finance, quality management, problem solving, process improvement, statistical analysis financial skills. Educate business partners to understand and apply information security concepts, processes, and technologies
