Client Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and product rollouts. Key Responsibilities Manage the full implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience Lead the launch of new products and services with existing clients, coordinating across internal departments Serve as the main point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, building relationships with clients and stakeholders Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or a project-driven, customer-facing role Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership of outcomes Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trusted relationships Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Experience in the healthcare or health tech space is a plus
