- Accurately input and update information into databases and systems using 10-key typing skills.
- Handle email correspondence effectively and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy accessibility.
- Perform calculations and verify data for accuracy in reports and records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to compile, edit, and format documents.
- Scan and digitize files for recordkeeping and efficient data retrieval.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries with care and attention.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information in all tasks.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks.
- Ability to organize files and maintain structured systems.
- Competence in performing basic calculations and verifying data.
- Familiarity with scanning and digitizing documents for record management.
