Change Management Expert

A company is looking for a Change Management Expert (Remote). Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans Conduct change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analysis Lead communication campaigns to drive awareness and engagement Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 5+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or a similar role Proficiency with frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter's 8 Step, and tools for change planning Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred Industry experience relevant to the sector is preferred
