Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and execution of quality engineering practices across multiple large-scale teams. This role is pivotal to modernizing retail technology systems used by millions of customers daily, improving both customer experience and associate efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross-functional engineering teams to shape testing strategies and deliver high-quality software to scale.
Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and champion best-in-class testing frameworks across teams, focusing on functional and performance testing for critical retail applications.
Leverage expertise in Karate / BDD, Selenium and API testing to build intelligent, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Act as a key quality advocate across multiple engineering squads, working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
Contribute to the transformation of legacy systems into modern, customer-facing applications, improving the way customers shop, and associates serve.
Implement robust performance testing and production validation strategies to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences in live environments.
Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement. Mentor junior QA engineers and lead by example in testing strategy, execution, and delivery.
Skills :

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $52.00 - $63.28 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
