Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, uncover and size areas of opportunity, and drive products from idea to concept before they’re handed off to be executed.
- Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain an integrated view of all major performance metrics across our active product portfolio
- Conduct research and generate insights, use cases, and industry analyses to address potential future opportunities.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to connect data points, generate deeper insights, and automate routine analysis where possible
- Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic business reviews by utilizing advanced analytics techniques
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic product portfolio decisions.
- Identify and communicate risk and impacts of proposed solutions, along with risk mitigation options, considering the business implications of the application of the product concept.
- Provide support on requested tasks, organize tasks, communicate, and proactively report performance and develop next steps.
Working Conditions :
Open office environment with frequent collaboration within and across teams.Hybrid work environment with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.No overtime required.No travel required.Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field1-2 years of experience in business analytics, product management or finance experience, preferable in the consumer-facing products, sales or financial services industryProficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); AI modeling tools are a plusPreferred Qualifications :
