Job Summary

As a General Manager, youll oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards in areas like product preparation, customer service, facility maintenance, and inventory management. Youll lead team recruitment and retention efforts while maintaining financial accountability. With a focus on delivering top-quality products and exceptional service, youll play a key role in enhancing our customers' dining experience. Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including :
• Product preparation and delivery
• Customer relations
• Restaurant maintenance and repairs
• Inventory management
• Lead your team with effective guidance, manage recruitment for store-level positions as needed, and focus on employee retention.
• Managing financial accountability to support the restaurants performance goals.
• Delivering the highest quality products and exceptional service to each customer.
• Performing additional duties as needed or assigned.
• Consider yourself a people person, and enjoy meeting others.
• Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.
• Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
