Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to patients and families, ensuring a welcoming, friendly environment. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and timely booking for patients. Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and financial arrangements. Process insurance claims and verify coverage, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Handle multiple administrative duties including managing patient records, phone calls, and emails. Utilize your understanding of dental procedures and terminology to assist patients and staff in a variety of ways. Utilize dental software (Dentrix), Microsoft Excel, and Word to manage patient data, reports, and office documentation. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a smoothly run office. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus. Proficiency in Dentrix, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. A passion for providing top-tier service and creating positive experiences for families. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Able to collaborate with a team while maintaining a positive attitude and approach to work. Understanding of dental insurance policies, billing, and claims processing is a plus.
