The Financial Close Process Lead oversees and coordinates the company’s month-end and quarterly close processes to ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will serve as the central point of contact for all close-related activities, leveraging Workday as the ERP system and FloQast for close workflow management. You will have strong knowledge of accounting, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and entities. You will report to the Senior Manager, Accounting.
In this flex office / home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from our National Headquarters in Madison, WI 53783.
