Job Title : Production Worker – Stainless Steel Clamp Manufacturing

Location : Denver, CO

Type : Contract to Hire

Shifts Available :

  • 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
  • 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM
  • 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM

About the Role

Step into a hands-on role where your work directly supports the oil and gas industry. As a Production Worker, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-impact team manufacturing stainless steel band clamps—critical components used in energy infrastructure across the country.

Whether you're operating machinery, inspecting product quality, or packaging finished goods, your contributions will help keep vital systems running smoothly. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to build a career in a growing industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate advanced production machinery—sometimes two at once!
  • Feed materials into machines and perform quality checks to ensure top-tier standards.
  • Make minor mechanical adjustments to keep machines running efficiently.
  • Monitor equipment and report any issues to keep production flowing.
  • Package and label finished products with precision.
  • Select and prepare tools and parts for daily operations.

  • At least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Machine operation experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll train you!

    • Work Environment

    You’ll be working in a loud but clean steel manufacturing facility. Steel-toed boots and jeans (no holes) are required. After training, you’ll work independently but remain part of a collaborative team.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00 / hr.
