LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed.
Our maintenance staff are key members of our property team who interact with our residents as they carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving inRepairing and improving vacant and occupied apartmentsCompleting resident service requests in a timely mannerAccomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasksPerforming preventative maintenance tasksConducting move in / move out inspectionsEnsuring an adequate inventory level for required partsEnsuring service shop is clean and organizedAssisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areasMaintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removalAdhering to established policies related to fair housingQualifications include, but are not limited to :
1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experienceA valid driver’s licenseApplicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and the ability to be on-call.A high school diploma or GEDThe ability to lift 50 pounds
