Job Title Squad Leader – Asset Management Compliance
The Purpose of This Role
Do you want to be part of a Product Area that helps develop best-in-class Compliance capabilities that support every asset class in an Asset Management? As one of the Investment Compliance Squad Leaders, you blend investment management and technical expertise with a passion for delivering results. As the product owner you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities. In an agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps, and resource requirements, set and refine the mission, and bring together a team of chapter members to execute specific product features. You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success.

You work in partnership with the Investment Compliance Product Area Leader, other Squad Leaders, Scrum Masters, and Chapter Leaders aligned to your squad. This is a highly dynamic, collaborative, and cross-functional team that works closely with the Compliance, Risk, and Business Operations partners to deliver capabilities and solutions that support all major Asset Management initiatives and product launches.
