Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Process expense reports using Concur
Communicate with internal teams and external partners
Provide administrative support to multiple senior managers
Serve as a resource for company policies and procedures
Support organization of client entertainment and team events
Required Skills :
Advanced skills in Outlook , Excel , Word , PowerPoint , and Concur
Strong diary / calendar management across multiple stakeholders
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work extended hours if needed
