Legal Secretary – San Francisco - Hybrid
A top-rated law firm has a position available for an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) in their San Francisco Office, supporting the Employment Litigation department and Tech Transaction & Data Privacy Group. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements :
Schedule : in office for 90 days then consideration for 4 office / 1 remote. Qualified candidates must possess strong initiative, demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues / problems independently, have strong organizational skills, and manage multiple projects / tasks at a time. Other essential requirements for this position include the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to develop rapport with co-workers as well as clients; maintain strong working relationships; exhibit meticulous attention to detail; handle confidential and sensitive information; and possess strong proofreading and typing skills.
Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000.
