About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Administrator to support our operations leadership and keep key initiatives running smoothly.

This is a hybrid role that combines administrative support with operational coordination, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and helping leadership stay focused on big-picture priorities.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, ensuring documents, processes, and projects are organized and on track across multiple business locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize legal, operational, and project documentation for leadership access.
  • Support branch and company initiatives by tracking progress, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle core administrative tasks such as completing applications, processing invoices or credits, scheduling, and managing shared files.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Monday.com to track workflows and document project updates.
  • Assist in documenting and improving operational procedures across branches.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Monday.com a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus or accuracy.

  • Previous experience in operations or administration, ideally in a multi-location or distribution environment.
  • Why Join Winston Water Cooler

  • Hybrid flexibility : 4 days on-site, 1 day remote each week.

  • Competitive pay : $70,000 - $85,000 / year DOE, plus benefits.
  • If you’re someone who thrives on organization, enjoys “fire-prevention” as much as “fire-fighting”, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
