ProSwag is on the lookout for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our digital advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven background in social media advertising—especially in the apparel industry—who can blend data-driven decision-making with bold, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Build performance-driven strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with our target audience Monitor ad spend and performance metrics to maximize ROI and efficiency
- Use A / B testing to refine targeting, creative elements, and messaging
Content Creation & Brand Consistency
Design captivating visuals, videos, and copy tailored for social platforms and fashion-forward audiences Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channelsWork closely with teams to produce high-quality creative assets Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure top-tier content performanceAnalytics, Optimization & Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics using native platform tools and third-party analyticsDeliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendationsMonitor competitors and industry trends to spot opportunities for improvementCommunicate campaign outcomes and strategy shifts clearly to internal stakeholdersAudience Growth & Engagement
Define and refine target audiences based on behavior, interests, and demographicsDevelop strategies to grow social media followings and improve engagement ratesManage community interactions with timely, professional responsesCollaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach and authenticityRequired Qualifications Experience & Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid campaigns Demonstrated success managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok adsDeep understanding of fashion marketing, seasonal trends, and consumer behavior in the apparel spaceSkilled in using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business Tools, and TikTok Ads ManagerProficient in analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.Technical Proficiency
Strong command of paid media strategy and optimization best practicesFamiliarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platformsBasic video editing experience for short-form content creationKnowledge of e-commerce integration, conversion tracking, and pixel implementationExperience working with influencer tools and platformsCore Competencies
