Workday Architect

A company is looking for a Workday Architect to lead the design and optimization of their Workday Human Capital Management system. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and implementation of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business needs Drive full lifecycle project delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience managing Workday HCM systems, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end Workday implementations and enhancement projects Workday certification in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other relevant modules preferred Familiarity with payroll regulations and processes strongly preferred
