Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the Contractor, L&D Content Management supports the design, development, and administration of Learning & Development content. Key responsibilities include learning management system (LMS) administration and instructional design.
Responsibilities :
- Manages Saba LMS content for NAFTA HR, which includes creating, assigning, tracking and reporting courses / classes
- Designs, develops and produces learner-centered products, including digital job aids, e-learning courses, etc. to support the development of employees
- Designs and develops departmental communication channels such as social intranet pages and departmental newsletters
