Reporting Specialist Capital Markets & Agribusiness

Oklahoma AgCredit provides loans, leases and financial services to farmers, ranchers and rural businesses and homeowners in 60 of 77 counties in Oklahoma. We are part of the Farm Credit System that supports rural communities and agriculture with reliable and consistent credit. We are headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The Reporting Specialist Capital Markets & Agribusiness, maintains portfolio files, distributes and retrieves loan documentation, and develops and maintains portfolio tracking reports for the Capital Markets & Agribusiness department.

Position Responsibilities

File Maintenance and Monitoring

  • Retrieves loan files from email or secure content file sharing site
  • Indexes electronic files into OnBase for document storage and retrieval
  • Distributes essential loan documentation to external stakeholders via the OAC file sharing platform
  • Develops and maintains reports for portfolio monitoring, (i.e. Covenant Compliance Tracking, Highly Levered Transactions, Regional Agribusiness & Poultry Tracking, Similar Entity Database, Weighted Average PD trends, Underwriting Standard Exceptions, and Participation Loan Summary)

Loan Servicing and Administration

  • Ensures timely completion and scanning of filings, OnBase and post- / pre-close signed documents to borrowers
  • Creates and monitors ticklers for Loan Service Plans
  • Completes financial covenant compliance as needed
  • Coordinates with managers and Credit Analysts to determine further action on delinquent and / or adverse loans

    • Financial Data Entry

  • Enters annual financial review data into loan database (NGS)
  • Updates client-specific data to align with assigned risk rating
  • Inputs correct actions and reasons for changes into credit log

    • Other Responsibilities

  • Assist VP Treasury and Participation Loan Accountant with accounting tracking and reconciliation on month, quarter, and year-end
  • Represent Association at various events, both internal and external
  • Monitor FCA Regulations and guidance to ensure OAC is compliant with changes to limits, requirements, etc. Effort will be in conjunction with VP Capital Markets & Agribusiness

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
  • 2 years of experience in credit support or related office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

    • Knowledge and Skills Required

  • General knowledge of basic accounting practices
  • Knowledge of Word / Excel / Outlook sufficient to create, update and save basic documents.
  • Skill in gathering, compiling, and organizing information.
  • Skill in oral and written communication, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor, and customers.
  • Skill in utilizing time in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Skill in focusing on and tracking details.
  • Skill in providing customer service.
