A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to deliver patient support services. Key Responsibilities : Conduct in / outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to scripts and messaging protocols Perform data entry, general clerical duties, and research for scheduling remediation trips for recalls Required Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service experience required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office : Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience handling escalated or unsatisfied customers required Knowledge of the medical / hospital setting is a plus
