We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This role involves inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards, applying logic and reasoning to problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of organization in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in inspection, lab tech work, or analytical decision-making, with experience in industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aviation, or automotive.

General Requirements :

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Physical Requirements :
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
  • Capable of bending, reaching, and stretching as needed.
  • Operate computers and access electronic databases.
  • Analytical Skills : Apply logic and reasoning in decision-making regarding findings or exceptions.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to recognize and address non-conformances by comparing received products against specifications.
  • Independence : Ability to make independent decisions and resolve issues efficiently.

Job-Specific Requirements :

  • 2+ years of dedicated inspection, lab tech, or analytical decision-making experience preferred.
  • Experience in quality control within industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aviation, automotive, or construction is highly desirable.
  • Quality Control Knowledge :
  • Familiar with basic quality control concepts like sampling, non-conformances, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), RTV (Return to Vendor), and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Experience with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Technical Skills : Ability to navigate IT / computer systems efficiently and learn new software tools as needed.
